If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phtaya46 immediately via live chat or by contacting our support team. phtaya46 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information at all times. Any attempt to provide false information — including false identity, false age, or false payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
phtaya46 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phtaya46 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. phtaya46 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
phtaya46 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings. Self-imposed deposit limits that reduce the current limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
All funds on the Platform are held and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phtaya46 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

If your Account remains inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, phtaya46 may classify it as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the Account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by SMS or email before any inactivity fee is applied.

In any event, phtaya46's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phtaya46 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers, whose services are integrated into or used in connection with the Platform.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting phtaya46's support team. Upon receiving your request, phtaya46 will process the closure and return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
